Returns and Cancellations
We use a third party delivery service for most deliveries in Shanghai and the rest of China. We've had very good experiences with this company in speed of delivery, customer service and all else. However, in case there should ever be an issue you're not happy with please feel free to get in touch with us and we will do all we can.
If you are not satisfied for any reason whatsoever with our coffee please do let us know. We will gladly exchange any coffee you're not happy with for another one. All other products can be returned if less than half consumed within 30 days for an exchange or full refund. Thank you.
If you would like to cancel an order please give us a call. Please understand that orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled, however, they can always be returned under our return policy stated above.
